Reviewing: better of taking my dirty washing down to the river

this is by far the worst experance iv had in 12 months my machien has not worked for 6 of them, costermer service is shocking, bin waiting 4 weeks for replacment machine they never return calls, realy has been a wast of money...

Reviewing: AVOID ANY CDA AT ALL COSTS

WASTE OF MONEY. DRYER ONLY ACTUALLY `AIRS` NOT DRIES. SPIN WORKS SOMETIMES, OTHER TIMES CLOTHES STILL DRIPPING WET AT END OF CYCLE. EXTREMLEY NOISY. VIBRATES BADLY. SHORTEST CYCLE (SPORT SHOE CYCLE) TAKES 2 HRS. 5 YEAR WARRENTY ON PARTS NOT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON. GOT CHARGED £79.00 ...

We have owned this CDA washing machine for 18 months and bought it as it would wash and dry 6 Kgs. After 3 weeks it required a new motor but from then on washed adequately although did not dry so well. We found through experiment that it was better to only dry half loads as a 6 Kg load would ...

Having used this machine for three and a half years, I wouldn''t buy another. Performance is fairly basic but reliability is poor. I agree with the reviews regarding the soap dispenser. I contacted the supplier and was told that it was due to pressure from our temporary work surfaces. We have had a CI992 washing machine for two years. Funtionally it has worked O.K except for the soap dispenser. This is a poor design which does not take in the softener and leaks from underneath the dispenser at every use of the machine. We were given a second dispenser identical to the first. ...
