Reviewing: Volume button problems

I would not purchase this unit. My "up" volume button quit working and I returned it to the factory 45 days out of 1 year warranty. I was quoted $215 (!!!) to fix this problem. This is outrageous as this is now known to be a common problem for the Zen....
