Bosch SMS69L12GB Dishwasher

Bought a Bosch variodrawer dishwasher just 2 weeks ago. I''m delighted with the way the mugs and plates wash but at times am a bit dissapointed with the glasses which can look a little streaky and are not fully dry on completion of programme, The cutlery on the top drawer can be marked where they have come in contact with the deviders and have to be buffed up with a t towel before being put away.This defeats the purpose of having a spang new dishwasher which i was told was top of the range and i am not totally satisfied with it - all the glasses should be sparkling. streak free and fully dry (considering i had to use the extra dry button and that made no difference whatsoever) I have seen cuttlery come out of cheaper dishwasher lower drawer baskets without a mark on them. Maybe i need a lesson on stacking the dw correctly Am having a problem with lowering the the top basket which can adjust to three different heights to accomodate long stemmed glasses.I find it difficult to find a place for six of them together. Would be delighted if a Bosch rep saw this and would come to my rescue - Disalussioned ?
