A review of the Sony KDL-46EX503 LCD TV

The new Sony Bravia EX range is the Essential range of LCD TVs that offer the consumer a very reasonable price tag, but do not sacrifice features and connectivity. The KDL-46EX503 offers a stunning design that screams class, and also has you fooled that this model is in the lower end range of the Sony collection. With a sleek flawless frame, this TV is super stylish.

The features on board include Motionflow 100Hz, Freeview HD, Wi-Fi, Full HD 1080p resolution, Bravia Internet Video, DLNA and USB for media streaming and 4 HDMI inputs. The 100Hz processor is of high quality and will ensure that your image is smooth and blur free, along with having superb colour and detail. Images from all sources all played back extremely well, with Freeview HD images being very impressive, along with Blu0ray and DVD.

Attention to detail is evident in every area of the Sony KDL-46EX503 LCD TV, however one area seems to have been side stepped and that is, sound. Sony are not the first, and definitely won't be the last, to overlook this important feature. It seems a shame that the sound hasn't been given the same attention as the image, but it should not, by any means, put you off this model.
