I have bought this LG washer new after my servis washer broke down. I have do far found this machine near perfect. This product has far more washing settings and nobs and dials on than my old washer and I wondered how long it would take to get used to the different settings however I have found it extremely easy to use. This machine can weigh your clothes and work out how long the cycle needs to be you can also manually overide the pre set settings and choose your own spin speed and temperature. It is a direct drive motor which comes with a 10 year guarantee on it and I have found it to be so much quieter than other models I have used in the past. It is a standard size washer yet comes with a huge 7kg load which is bigger than I have ever had and I am finding this extremely useful. All in all a brillliant buy very happy with it and I have not yet found a fault (fingers crossed!)
