No Battery! Even a $5 Clock has one
If the power goes out for 5 seconds my alarm is reset. Even the cheap $5 clock I used to have had a battery (and is what I''m using now again).
Getting up on time for work is what allows me to have toys like this, having no battery makes this clock a liability.
