I bought one three months ago after being offered a cup of coffee by an in-store demonstrator and have no regrets about doing so. The quality of the coffee is consistently high and the milk frother works like a dream (as long as you only fill it to the level mark!!) and is easy to clean. Having used this and found it just as convenient as instant coffee there is no way I can go back to the freeze-dried stuff. There is a wide range of flavours avaliable and a sample of each is included with the machine. Do not be put off by having to order the capsules for home delivery as the system is quick and efficient. I would recommend buying a variety pack so that you really do get to try all the varieties available as they can be quite different and not all suit all tastes.
