DeDietrich DME795X Oven
Do not buy De Dietrich anything. Our ''top of the range'' oven caught fire 14 months after buying it. Customer Service is non existent and the ''service'' department is useless, they just farm it out to a company, who do not answer their phones so trying to get an appointment is nigh on impossible.
We have had two problems in the first year with this oven and now this third one (a fire) was out of warranty and they are trying to wash their hands of it. For the cost of the products, go for another brand, my experience with Miele has been terrific on all items I have bought.
Also this oven is noisy with a very poor touch control for £800 + VAT - my mother''s Miele equivalent is so much quieter. De Dietrich ovens look good but they are not the quality they claim to be. Avoid at all cost or prepare for utter frustration!
