Hewlett Packard Touchsmart IQ510UK

i bought this computer from pc world in portsmouth hampshire i had been using my camera to load pictures of work and family outings, but i was very upset when i could not get any joy from my computer when it said that it could not down load the pictures from the card,i first thought to change the card and tried again, no this didn,t work either, so i tried the card on another computer it worked on them, but the card reader on the computer had become faulty, unfortunately the warrenty had ran out, but i still went back to the shop, pc world in portsmouth and asked for there help, because my warrenty had ran past its date he wasn,t to keen and said it may be a soft ware problem, but because you havn,t brought your power pack i cant check it, i said to him normally you say that you stock and hold a supply of addapters to do your work, again im a little presed for patience, i ask what if its the reader do you change them over, no sir he replied we don,t do parts for it and i told him when i bought it , at the time it was a very expensive computer that was going to last me some years without any problems, i was very wrong,not a very helpful man the tech guy ,i am now looking to replace the camera reader card so where can i get one and what would it cost, i can fit it my self thats no problem, just need the right person to chat too, who out there with the knollege ,
