Brilliant print quality and features spoilt by Epson Software designed to try to make owners use costly Epson Ink Cartridges. Also heavy ink usage. Changing one empty cartridge can make printer not recognise other installed good cartridges. Only solution is to change these as well. VERY COSTLY BUSINESS! and so FRUSTRATING. I knew I should have purchased the HP Printer!!

Bought for use in my business which prints approximately 50 - 100 sheets a week. Initially easy to set up and print quality both in text and photographs appeared good. Had a number of issues of needing to clean print heads on a regular basis( which uses a large amount of ink in the process) until it finally stopped printing black and yellow altogether. Took to express service center who repaired - told needed heads cleaning which I had already done around 6 times, this was under warranty (just 2 weeks left). Worked Ok for another 4 weeks then did the same - no amount of head cleaning would cure problem ( ran 2 complete sets of inks through) About to drop in to express center to get estimate on repair. Previous sx 5200 lasted 5 years + without a hitch.
