Lg WD12650TP Washing Machine

Bought this washer hoping we were getting a beeter built machine fofr teh extra money. 10 minutes over the 2 year manufacturer''s warranty and the machine keeps tripping the RCD. Problem still to be resolved.

Delighted so far with the item itself--highly recommended. However...some clown in our house loaded the washing machine, but didnt make sure all the clothes were clear of the door before they switched on. Ripped the sleeve of a cheap T shirt--who cares-- but far worse, ripped the door seal. Then the problems started...almost two weeks later and still no machine because LG dont seem to be able to supply the right seal, having sent the engineer round with a tumble dryer seal for a washing machine. Check out the companies supplying LG spares and it would appear its pretty hard to get a replacement seal for this model, so clearly they just sent any old thing hoping it would be the right one. So while I would recommend the machine providing you look after it, dont expect too much of LG''s warranty service.
