Rusting Problem Model 760G
This machine has started going rusty around the edges of the front panel.
As the machine is 2 years old, the Hotpoint agents did not want to know about replacing it.
They would only replace it if we paid them £80.00. In my opinion, it''s obvious that there is
a quality control problem. I will never, ever deal with this company again and I will certainly
never purchase a Hotpoint again as long as I live. The way we have been treated and fobbed off is simply disgusting. M&S have finally agreed to pay the £80.00 but, why should
Hotpoint get away with it!!
