We have been very excited here at Unbeatable about the new Toshiba LCD, as it has a unique twist, which we, and all environmentally friendly earth lovers will be loving too.

 

The Toshiba 42XV515D is not only a great looking LCD TV with a super thin frame but it is made to be 19% lighter than the previous model. It also comes with a new advanced brightness control technique which reduces the required back light and therefore also reduces the power consumption. So that's pretty impressive stuff as it is, but the new Toshiba range will also emit 173g less of CO2 a day.

 

Other important features are, 25,000:1 Contrast Ratio, Full HD 1080p resolution, ambient light sensor, Real Digital Picture Image Processor, DCDi, Active Vision LCD technologies, 3 HDMI and digital tuner.

 

Toshiba have promised that quality will not be sacrificed with the care it is taking for our environment. We can't wait to get our hands on this model to see if they keep their promise.
