problem

When I connect to pc my IPAD get stucked and is not working now . I used this product only 7 days . Currently i am in chennai , choolaimedu-94. in India. Where should I go to solve this problem . Please send me the nearest service centre. and suggest me.

Phillips GoGear Opus

Its Really Cool With HD For Video Playing And High Quality Headphones, Its Bluetooth Is Amazing And It Has A Clear Screen But The Prroblem Is That It Freeze Quite Alot And If Your Listening To Music It And FOR Example Go To The Main Menu The Song Starts To Cut For About 5 Seconds But Athor Than These Two Problems Its The Perfect MP
