Custome Service.

Having bought this bosch oven as a demonstration model via a web site, I found a booklet was missing. This booklet was essential in order to understand all the functions of the oven and use them correctly. AEG informed me that this booklet is no longer produced and so it would seem that one can buy an oven which according to AEG brochure will perform certain functions but they are not prepared to tell one how to access these functions. Their claim is that they can make any alteration to any product without notification. My retailer eventually was able to access me one of these booklets and I am aware it is his responsibility. However, the booklet refers to a "grease filter" which should be used when roasting. I can find no further reference to this in either the installation information or the usage booklet. E.mails posted on 10th December to the main service centre and customer care of AEG requesting clarification has not yet been responded to. I cannot comment on the oven itself, not having had the opportunity to use it fully yet. I would, however, advise that you are wary of the customer service and unless you are prepared to spend many happy minutes listening to jingly jangly music because all operators are busy at whatever time of day you call, I would post an e.mail - which may,or may not, be answered. Oven may be OK. Customer service - appalling,
