Lg 50PG3000 Plasma Tv

having spent over £1000 on this TV and bracket i`m shocked to find that there is only a 2-4 year life expectancy on these tv`s they reckon 1000 hrs thats £1 per hr,...... mine lasted 2 1/2 years. Picture just disappeared and sound was ok. I`d never buy anything with LG written on it again ........its a pure disgrace........and Currys where i bought it....they want £90 just to look at it.I`m sending email to LG to see what they have to say about it don`t hold out much hope will keep you updated.........

we bought this tv and it broke down 1 week before the 12 month warranty ran out,the tv repair man stated he was not suprised as this happens often, they repaired the tv ( we had no picture or sound) by replacing the logic board, the power supply unit pc. the main board and the filter, it actually cost more to repair than what we paid, 4 months after the repair and we have no picture now, the repair is only gauranteed for 3 months.

LOVED THE TV, BUT DEVELOPED VERY SERIOUS FAULTS WHICH MEANT IT HAD TO BE WRITTEN OFF BY INSURANCE COMPANY. DONT THINK I WOULD BUY THE SAME MODEL AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS.
