bad after sales
I bought a Sagem DTR67160T in march 2009 I have had problems with it right from the start I rang Comet and they said I had to contact Sagem direct and explained to them that if I changed chanel from bbc1 to itv1 there was no sound I can only get sound if I press pause and play, they said they new of this and were working on it I also told them that it sometimes did not record itv 1 they told me to get a bigger ariel, the picture was ok but I spent £80 on a new ariel it was still the same, they told me to buy a booster, I did it was/is still the same. I have been ringing Sagem every few months but they will not do anything. It is now June 2010 I am now giving up, I will never buy a Sagem product again.
