Overall quite good.
For a small television this is quite a good one. As mine was bought about two years ago when small LCD tv''s weren''t as common as they are today it coast about £300. It is HD ready although it isn''t full HD but this doesn''t really matter to me as using a PS3 with it on 720P seems fine to my eyes. The audio isn''t bad at all to be honest, the speakers aren''t hidden but don''t look too bad on the bottom of the television.
