LOGIC3 I-station Docking Station Speaker

I''ve just bought one of these for my son''s 28th birthday from HMV at an amazing low price of £49.99 instead of £99.99. Either way it''s a good buy from my point of view. We tried a few different brands, some of which were disappointing (Bose for example), and most cost over £100. Anyway, we were worried it might not power a small vinyl deck through the MP3 input - but it does, and vinyl sounds fine. The power is amazing compared to some of the more recognisable name brands. With 7 speakers, including the sub-woofer underneath, the overall sound is pretty damned good, and the separation perfectly good. Time will tell how it''ll last, but at the price we got it, we can''t complain. We tested a number of sounds from the ipod in the shop - Clutch sounded really good, as did Mastodon. Bjork and Death Cab for Cutie sounded fine as well. A goodmachine.
