Had this machine for 2 years now and it''s been sent for repair 4 times. X2 Temperature of Coffee & Milk X1 Noisy Pump X1 Door Sensor The last repair was performed by the new support owner which was not a pleasant experience - After a few calls I managed to speak to someone with a brain cell and got my repair issue resolved. I''ve also find that the machine tends to want to perform a clean cycle of the Milk Container or the Bean Grinder randomly. I''ve also disabled to Water Filter alert as I can’t believe it requires changing so often
