Buy Smeg, go to dump
Purchased four year old second-hand smeg FAB28. Within two weeks warm fridge. Engineer said internal leak. Trip to dump. How can Smeg justify such a short life span for something so expensive (even used ones)? Surely they aren''t ''fit for purpose'' as the law requires. I''ve had fridges that have lasted for twenty years never missing a beat. Still, I had a Fiat that fell to bits and a Ducati that spent most of its time being fixed. Should have bought German.
