A Good Buy
Bought for £400 in october 2007.
I mainly use for satelite using a digibox and ocassionally play dvds using a Phillips DVD 5960 player.Using 720p upscalling pictures are excellent with bright, but not mushy or over blown colour and good deep blacks.It can display good Standard definition when displaying pictures from a good source, but does not cover up a poor source with a degree of blocking which can be somewhat disappointing , especially when seen against a good CRT tele.However, sit 3 yards away from the picture and it not a problem. I use the set in my kitchen and found the sound to be ok using the tele''s volume set to high and using the digibox to control the sound output . Overall extremely good value especially at £400
