I recently bought this Siemens washing machine but 3 months after buying it I came home to find water pouring from the front of the machine. Phoned Servis who after 5 days, sent out an engineer who told me that a coin had gone straight through the plastic drum of the machine. He told me that as putting the coin in the machine was my fault Servis would not fix or replace my broken drum. For me to get a new drum would cost about £200 plus labour to fit it. If you ever have money in your pocket, even 20p, do not buy a Servis washing machine!!!!!
