I bought this machine about 3 years ago and used it almost every day, but about 5mths ago the conditioner stopped being washed out of the draw. I''ve tried lots of things to sort it out, some of them worked for a while, adding water to the conditioner draw so it was up to maximum was the best, but even this has stopped working now. can''t believe after 3 years for such a relatively minor but crucial fault I''m going to have to get a new machine.

We bought 3 of these machines for various family members just under 2 years ago- all 3- in different locations and different owners are struggling to dispense the fabric conditioner and we are all left with unconditioned washing at the end and a dispenser drawer full of water and conditioner. We have tried raising machine feet, lowering machine feet,using no conditioner,using different conditioners, complete clean out etc etc and every time we are left with the dispenser drawer full of water and any conditioner used. For 3 machines, all the same age to be experiencing this problem, smacks of a machine design fault to me. I''ve had enough and am going to consign my machine to yet another landfill- criminal- and buy the cheapest machine i can find. Nothing seems built to last any more. grumpy drawers
