large capacity not enough water
we have both the washer and drier in this range,, the drier is great , but the washer is poor , we''ve had 2 new heaters, and the lower water capacity makes for a poor wash,, duvets etc just rotate in the drum, never getting wet enough to wash them,, the balance sensor makes for an ineffective spin, often lowering the spin speed, the advertising that goes with this product is misleading as the 10kg capacity needs to be made up of many small items, even then, it needs more water, if looking for a washer of this size, look at bosch, this is a poor product badly made, sorry to dissapiont
