I bought my Hotpoint Fridge the FF4DK in November 2010. Works perfect till this week Monday, I called Hotpoint and were advise that the first engineer would be available on Friday, engineer came, and they have send him the wrong parts, and even the engineer said he wish they would ask for the serial number as this happens a lot. Never the less, they called me 6 hours later and confirm that the next available engineer to fit the hopefully correct parts would be next week Friday. I said I can not possibly wait 2 weeks for them to repair the fridge, and the reply I got was sorry, but there is nothing you or anyone can do about it. I really just hope that they would send the correct parts next week. Avoid this make is possible at all. I will never give them a second glance when shopping for appliances.
