Jvc Kd PDR51 Cd-receiver -i-pod Connection-

The JVC KD-PDR51 is a good looking piece of kit that can do moor than you think. I have had mine for just over a year and it has been absolutley brilliant. You can control your ipod using the buttons on the face or by using the remote. With your ipod in the glove box charging up as you go. The only down side to this product is that my screen has packed up and JVC are offering very little in the way of assistance. Because mine was a display model it was only covered for one year on warrenty. That ran out on the August bank holiday monday and i contacted them the next day as i could not get hold of them on that Monday. If they wanted to they could have said here you go heres a replacement and sorry for the inconvenience. Instead i got told how much a new screen was and i said ''thats a bit expensive'' the reply was ''well what do you expect me to do about it''. In my mind that is the last thing you say to a customer. espiecially if they have spent nearly £200 on a small piece of sound equipment.
