I was looking for a 32" LCD and having read a report in "WHAT HI-FI" giving this tv 5 stars and a "BEST BUY" label I added it to my short list. It was down to three Samsungs.I headed to my local Comet armed with all the tech. specs. and a flask of coffee. To keep it short for you the whole thing ended in disaster for Samsung. Though all three Samsung pictures were excellent of all of them were let down massively by the poor quality sound.Dissapointed, I sought out the TOSH. I was back home in 30 minutes, on the PC ordering this fantastic Toshiba. Having now spent the week-end locked in my den giving this TV a thorough grilling I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO HESITATION WHATSOEVER IN RECOMMENDING THIS TV. AND AT UNDER £500 IT QUALIFIES AS ONE OF THE BEST BARGAINS I HAVE EVER HAD. PLEASE NOTE THIS SET SELLS FOR £699 ON THE HIGH STREET.
