Baumatic ISL5SS 90CM Island Hood And Glass

This came brand new with our house 2.5 years ago ! Within a matter of weeks...... around the same time we had problems with our baumatic dishwasher, the lights stopped working and we noticed a lack of suction and that all setting appeared to work the same!!?? We called the engineer who mamaged to get the lights working but could not lift down the extractor so sort out the suction problems so said he would come back at a later date. The engineer came back to repair the dishwasher but again said he needed another pair of hands to help with the extractor hood. The third visit my husband ws there to help and he still could not sort out the problem and would get another engineer to come and look at it. various phone calls chasing the engineer and callin g Baumatic resulted in nothing happening apart from the guarantee expiring and us being left with a useless extractor which we will now have to replace!!
