Thomson avoids their customers
As the manufacturer cancelled existing support pages on this product I find it impossible to operate it. Thomson offers support on their website , but not on (ROC 650 ) . On the top of that: Customers support 0: No help on their website There is no email to write to on their website nor contact details . This the ultimately worst manufacturers customer support website I have ever seen. I do not recommend to buy their products who wants to operate the product for longer then 1 year.
