chicco 3 wheeler travel system
I was extremely pleased with this travel system, fab for the early months when you can easily click on the car seat for a quick whizz round shops, or use the roomy carry cot which i used for over 6 months (it does sit up aswell as lie flat) we also used the carry cot when we went away i just put the moses basket mattress in it and saved taking moses basket. When we progressed onto the pushchair it was comfy and roomy and withstood many a dog walk over the fields and i used it till my son was over 3. it has reversible inserts for pushchair and car seat which allow airflow in summer or cosy in winter. i had 3 children over a 10 year period and this was definately the best kiddie buy. if i had to put a negative, then its not small when folded but this is a problem with all 3 wheelers and it fitted easily into my renault scenic i used it evary day for school run and its still in good condition.

Chicco S3 travel system
Overall it is a sturdy well built system but I didn''t enjoy it. We bought this product because it looked like it had everything that we wanted and needed. I have had the system for three years now, for my first child and again for my second. In hind site I wouldn''t have a three wheeler again, #i would have a four wheeler with the bigger wheels, the frame is still very big and heave when folded, the car seat is also very heavy before you even get your child in it. When you take the car seat out of the car you have to reast it somewhere (usually the floor) while you adjust the handle so that you can fit it on the frame, the carry cot bit is great and you can use it in the car instead of the car seat for traveling with. the pram doesn''t quite lie flat although it is not far off. You have to use two hands to fold it.
| Pros | Cons |
| the carry cot that you can use instead of the car seat. easy to push on a level surface. | the weight, still bulky when folded, having to change the handle position on the car weat to fit on the frame. |
