Although this is not a full HD TV the picture quality and TV features are impressive. However there is a problem with out of sync sound with picture. Information can be found on any search engine search. Another sound fault exists with low volume levels when used in conjunction with a SKY HD box and watching an HD channel over a HDMI input. Speak to Sky, they know of the problem and say its LGs fault.I had a new Sky HD box and it didn't cure the problem. The Sharp I have now does not have this fault with the same Sky box. LG can't put right the faults because they dont have a Sky HD system at their repair centre. The worst problem is to get anything done to you TV youwill have to postit back to Newport for a service repair and out of waranty the return carriage is £140 because the LG TV are so heavy and require two people to handle them Good luck
