For just 64 Euros (here in Greece) you got the best solution!6Mpixels,nice quality TFT screen,easy to use,TV-out,easy PC connectivity and awesome CONTINUOUS divx video capture with sound!!!The pack is full,it even includes a pach to carry it along with you.The only disadvantage is the battery life,it really drains simple alkaline batteries,use recharchables at once.
Overall,the simple users choice,cheap and good,it will not dissapoint you for sure.
