Don''''t purchase this recorder !!! I purchased this recorder specifically for the 14 day EPG (Electronic programme Guide). It worked for the first week but then the suppliers of the 14 day EPG closed down the system, making the recorder virtually unusable. It will only record "Now & Next" programmes or you have to set the time and date etc. like we used to on the old fashioned VCR machines which is a retrograde step !! Inverto do not seem to offer any upgrade to change the 14 day EPG into a 7 day which they offer on other machines, so now this recorder is gathering dust in my loft. So, don''''t waste your money

I am rarely falling in love with products but this Inverto product has it. The design is attractive, it is highly user friendly and deliver high quality video, reacts quickly and has all the required essential features. In these fragmented niche products the choice of a specialist brand often makes a better deal for me that with the Sony''s of the world. Inverto has proven to be the leader in this multimedia niche.
