I agree with other reviews on this appliance. Freezer a waste of time. Mine also packed up and ruined a freezer full of food. After sales team poor, just passed around from one person to another. Reported fault mid January - just decided it''s a write off (February). Now I have the hassle of waiting for vouchers to buy another. Been without fridge/freezer now for 20 days and people don''t seem to be bothered about my frustration. Leave well alone!!!!
