bought 2006 Dec great till now. Currently will not play or record ! message No Disk. tried re - setting parameters to Factory Set Up,this does no good !

Sony DVD RDR GX120

I have had this machin for about 6 months now. I don''t like anything about it and looking to buy some other make. Slow to load, slow to eject discs, info writing takes for ever. Instruction manual diffucult to understand. A Big disappointment from Sony.
