Beko TZDA523 176 Litre Upright Freezer

Just like Sandra''s, the cooling element on my Beko fridge seems to cool the top of the freezer, but not the bottom. But mine''s not getting cold enough anywhere: -13C at the top and -10C at the bottom with the stat turned to its coldest setting.

I have one of these freezers, and it is only 3 years old. Does not appear to be freezing correctly, very cold at top and not at bottom. When de-iced this week, only iced up at the top, no ice on the bottom element at all. I have also had terrible problems getting the drawers in and out, almost impossible sometimes to line them correctly. Not a happy bunny
