Is ut or isn''t it a Toshiba?
My Toshiba 28YT56B is 4.5 years old. We had paid for warranty for 3 years but now it is expired. Advised by independent TV repair company that although it states it is Toshiba it actually isn''''t!! & he would advise us not to repair as he thinks it is the lineout transformer plus something else related. Said difficulty in getting parts and it would be very costly! Is this worth pursuing!! I''ve put poor value for money based on the fact that I have been advised that will be costly to repair. that is if the spares are available.
