Samsung RA20VHSS Fridge Freezer
I have had my product for just over two years. I liked the colour of the product and the water cooler which is built into the fridge door. I also liked the large freezer as I have little space in my kitchen so needed a combined appliance which was small enough to fit into the available gap. The freezer is not frost free, but I have only needed to defrost it once in all the time I have owned it. It was easier than I thought to defrost as there is a button that you just have to press. The shelves are sheet plastic which means that items balance well on the shelf and don''t try and fall through the gaps.
The disadvantage of this fridge is that the shelves are plastic and have gradually cracked over time and then broken. The shelf in the door also regularly fell out with the weight of a large milk container and has also smashed. I am now trying to find replacement parts to replace the shelves and the bottle rack, but I am struggling to find replacements. This fridge would have been better if the shelves were glass so that they didn''t break as easily. I would not buy a fridge with plastic shelves again and would probably opt for a frost free freezer next time.
