Terratec Cinergy
I was given one of these Tv tuners for my birthday when my family had also bought me a laptop. Apparently a friend of the family searched the internet for this type of item and recommended this particular model. They are very simple to set up and use and the reception is excellent. That is why I am buying one for my daughter to use with her computer.
