Had two types of DVD-recorders from Thomson. The first one had a lot of bugs in the programming and could not be repaired. That''s why they handed me a DTH 9043E as replacement. After a short time the same problems occured, so I was never able to try and enjoy this recorder. Very bad "after sales" department by the manufactorer - no way of contact and never got a response to my questions. In the end I got polite and friendly reaction from Thomson''s branche-office in Sweden. Somehow, i feel swindled and looted by this brand!!!! British custimers,............beware!!!!
