having purchased this kettle mainly because i liked the look i find it to be quite frustrating in use as the pouring spout and hinged lid do not form a perfect seal therfore when pouring you have a constant drip from the side of the lid which quite apart from wetting the work surface also stains the glass steel effect which requires constant polishing to maintain the afore mentioned "look"
