Had nothing but problems with this appliance since it was six months old. I bought two appliances and both of them are operating more as a freezer than a fridge. It is impossible to store anything at all as everything freezes solid. Engineers have been and changed the thermostats on both but still having the same problem. It is costing a fortune in damaged food that has had to be thrown away. Even the salad and fruit in the salad box freezes solid. I have been told today that they need regassing which seems really strange. I have had fridges that have lasted me ten years without having this done. Due to be done on 13th July but I am not happy and would like them replaced. Very disappointed with Hotpoint one of my favourite brands. Need a new washing machine but have lost confidence in this make now. .
