Samsung Le 26R41B Lcd Tv 70CM

I purchased this lcd tv 6 months ago,it was fine for 3 months, then it gradually developed green lines down the screen, this has gradually got worse and worse. The whole thing now "freezes" and turns into a "multicoloured bar code". I initially thought it was my sky tv, so got an engineer out to check the dish and replace the sky box..no improvement..i played a dvd and the picture was still dreadful. I now have to turn the t.v off every 15 mins to reset the picture! I have used top quality monster cables,so connections could not be blamed. The t.v is now going back under warranty.

having previously turned up my nose at lcd displays I tried this one because of seeing it in GAME used for the XBOX 360 display (23" version) I thought it looked pretty good though not excellent. I bought one deciding I could send it back if I was unhappy. I initially used composite leads to connect it and it was good though by no means outstanding. Then I used a VGA cable and I now think this screen is outstanding for the money. No its not as good as my friends huge plasma but this was nearly a quarter of the price. If you want a good picture for xbox 360 or another hidef digital source look no further. if you want it mainly for dvd or sky or tv look at CRT or a sd plasma screen.
