Neff B6774 Single Oven

14 years ago we moved into a brand new house, the kitchen equipped with NEFF equipment. Apart from the dishwasher, everything worked for 12 years leading em to believe that NEFF was a very good, reliable brand. 2 years ago - new kitchen - mix of NEFF & BOSCH equipment. I was stunned when 1 month out of warranty our often-used microwave failed to work. I am even more stunned by the "Customer Service" from SOME of the Customer Service & SOME of the Customer Liaison staff at NEFF. You know who you are, Sue!! I will no longer recommend NEFF products to anyone. We may be unlucky, or maybe the products have deteriorated??
