Unreliable and marred even further by NEFF 'Customer Service'
Just two years old and has needed repair twice - goodness knows how many more times it will need repair. This is a very expensive oven and I expected better. What's even worse is the NEFF attitude to customer service. They really are the most difficult people imaginable to deal with. I used to think Dixons were bad - these guys are evn worse.
