Neff Quality

We have had this Neff single oven for under three years and as my wife and I are both retired and without children, it has had only minimal use. Last year one of the oval switches snapped, it is made of very flimsy plastic, this replacement cost me £12.50 plus postage. Shortly afterwards the other switch snapped, another £12.50 plus postage. Recently the oven bulb blew and I just cannot remove the lens to replace it. On advise from Neff I bought a strap wrench but this was useless. I have since been on the internet and read forums where there are dozens of complaints about the same thing. I have spoken to Neff several times and they think the only recourse open to me is to call out their engineer. £80+. When we had a new kitchen installed we thought it was sensible to buy Neff appliances as they were quality, this has not turned out to be the case.
