DVD keeps losing its memory

We bought one of these a few weeks ago. It will record a programme, let you view the programme (if you're lucky) and then the next time you try to use the same disk will tell you that it is unformatted even when you have only just watched a prog on it the night before. That's even more annoying when you haven't yet managed to watch what you recorded. It just keeps asking you to reformat the disk. Will be taking it back.

Excellent product, does what it say''s gives, great picture and sound, fit perfectly with my panasonic LCD tv
