gives up when you need it most
Had my Garmin Street Pilot a couple of years. Towards the end of the first year I first experienced it "freezing" i.e. no commands, would not switch off, or back or anything. This year this seems to have got a lot worse and it has happened 3 out of the last 3 times I''ve needed to use it. It happens, of course, just when you need it most.
