This was touted as the be all hood, in real life the grease and stem fly up and over the edges and go all over the kitchen, all over the top of the hood and anything near it, and very little out the hood...the insides are cleaner than the outsides...the phone tech guys blame the ducting, but it is their own Brittania hard ducting kit; it is an under performer! if you like constant, intensive cleaning of everything in your kitchen, this is your hood.
